Uploading
As soon as the report finishes uploading, it is available for QA (Quality Assurance) review.
- When you press submit, please do not close the App or move off the screen until the status has changed from 'In Progress' to 'In Review'.
- For jobs that include a lot of photos or videos, please try and ensure you are in an area with good signal.
In Review
When the job card shows “In Review”, the QA process has started.
You will need to wait for the results to know the outcome of your report.
Key Points
QA checks happen manually after submission.
Outcomes reflect the requirements of the job, not a subjective decision.
Following instructions carefully and providing clear, complete data reduces retries or failures.
