We pay all of our Shepherds monthly. You can read more about payment here.
We do receive the occasional message from Shepherds who have not yet received their payment for completed jobs. If you haven't received payment from us by the 11th of the month, please check the following:
- Check your bank statement for a payment from Shepper Limited. Depending on your bank, transactions may take a few days to show up.
- Check that your bank details have been entered correctly into the Shepper app. If the details are incorrect, please update the correct details in the Shepper app and contact us.
- If your bank details are correct and you still haven't received payment, please get in touch and our Finance team will investigate the issue for you.
