Common Payment Problems

  • Check your bank statement for a payment from Shepper Limited. Depending on your bank, transactions may take up to 7 working days to show up.
  • Check that your bank details have been entered correctly into the Shepper app. If the details are incorrect, please add or update your details and try withdrawing your balance again.
  • Is your balance below £20, auto-withdraw will not happen for any balances below £20. Find out why here.
