When wanting to send a report you could be faced with an issue. There might be an explanation behind it.

First one could be a mandatory task that hasn't been completed.

Mandatory tasks are highlighted in orange in the report. Make sure to complete all mandatory tasks before submitting a report. You may be missing a mandatory photo or answer.

Second could be a corrupted media. While submitting your report, an error message could appear on the screen. This means that a corrupted photo or video is preventing you from doing so. Make sure to delete any media that is marked with a red exclamation point.

Lastly, ensure that you have full signal, try swiping the report to the left, cancel the job and then try to send again (don't worry, this won't delete the job! It will just stop it sending so that you can try again).
