Some Shepherds have reported issues where reports are loading to 100% but not fully sending. This issue is normally due to Shepherds navigating away from the Shepper app before the report has fully sent; to make the Shepper app as efficient as possible it does not continue to send reports when the app is closed or running in the background. 

If you find that your report is stuck or not sending fully, please follow these steps: 

  • Ensure that you have completed all mandatory tasks within the job (these will be marked in orange). 
  • Tap 'Send' and wait until the report has fully sent. 
  • If the report gets stuck, ensure that you have full signal, try swiping the report to the left, cancel the job and then try to send again (don't worry, this won't delete the job! It will just stop it sending so that you can try again). 
  • If this still doesn't work, please reach out to our Support Team via the in-app Chat. You can also log any bugs that you encounter by just shaking your phone when using the Shepper app - any information you can provide will help out tech team squash these bugs once and for all!
