Once you have submitted a report, you will notice that it still shows as 'In Progress' in your Shepper app. The status on the report will now show as 'QA' (Quality Assurance) - this means that the Shepper team are now reviewing your report to ensure that you have collected all of the relevant information, taken all of the relevant photos and performed all of the relevant actions before we mark the report as successful.
If any changes need to be made to the report, you'll receive a notification letting you know what changes need to be made before we can mark the report as successful.
Once your report has passed our 'QA' stage, it will be marked as complete and you will be free to begin your next inspection! If you find that your report has been stuck at the QA stage for more than 5 minutes, please contact us via the Chat in the app and our Support team will look into this for you.
